Shipping Policies

We pride ourselves on backing up our quality goods with outstanding customer service. 

We’re available Monday – Friday, from 8AM until 4:30PM, except for public holidays and part of the Christmas holiday period.

We attempt to process and dispatch all orders within 2 business day of order placement.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 11:30 am will be processed same day.  Orders placed after this time will be processed the following day.

Order’s placed after 11:30am on Friday’s will be processed the following Monday unless it’s a holiday, in which your order will be placed the next business day.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered.

A tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided once generated for your convenience.
